Fighting Conch
(Strombus spp.)

Despite their tough sounding name, the fighting conch is an excellent addition to any reef tank with a sandbed. They are aggressive eaters and should be kept singly in most aquariums. In nano setups supplemental feeding of protein rich foods and dried seaweed is often necessary and highly recommended.
