Strawberry Conch * clean up your sand bed*

One of the most powerful sand bed cleaners you can add to your reef tank! If your dealing with nuisance algae on the sandbed this animal can help clear it. Its good to add them early to help keep sand beds clean instead of adding after you have an issue.

Food: They are funny looking herbivores  that slowly and gently move the sand bed looking for  algae and detritus. They have a really funny looking trunk they use to look for food and for a snail actually have a lot of character.

Care: They don’t have any special care requirements but they will need a sandy substrate to burrow and to look for food, they should not be added to bare bottom aquariums.
